Visio Nova Mundi ecosystem

Tree of Life

One shared vision. Distinct projects. Independent identities.

Tree of Life is the strategic ecosystem through which Visio Nova Mundi presents social programmes, research initiatives, creative ventures and founder-led innovations that contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

An ecosystem, not one legal structure

Tree of Life connects projects through shared values and objectives while preserving their different ownership, governance, funding and operational arrangements.

Tree of Life brings together CIC-led programmes and independent founder-led ventures under one shared vision, while each project retains its own legal, financial and operational identity.

Strategic Transformation and Place Development

Founder and Strategic Transformation Adviser Florin is developing a future advisory role supporting organisations, communities and public institutions through structured review, research and practical planning.

Future delivery may use Visio Nova Mundi CIC, a separate commercial company, a partnership or another appropriate structure. It does not claim governmental authority or completed city-scale assignments.

Future project framework

Projects will be classified before public listing. The review considers legal and intellectual-property ownership; the responsible operator; funding, contracts, risk and insurance; data-controller responsibility; prize or reward obligations; and whether the work is operational, under development or conceptual.

Legal and operational clarification

References to projects within the Tree of Life ecosystem describe strategic alignment and shared purpose. They do not, by themselves, establish common ownership, agency, partnership, financial responsibility or legal liability between Visio Nova Mundi CIC and independently operated ventures.
